Café Vida beans are carefully picked for quality, then depulped and placed in fermentation tanks. The process can take up 24 hours depending on what kind of pH level is needed as well how many cups there are per batch. After fermentation, the coffee is washed via water channels and finally centrifuged to remove excess moisture.
